Andy was breaking raid nlr and kept coming back after we killed him multiple times. When put in a sit ran by Fresh, Andy left the game to avoid punishment. Fresh tried to protect him while proving no good evidence, he also said he was in a call with. When he finally banned him for a day, he unbans him 5mins latter and says he “crashed”. I highly doubt this because Andy instantly joined back when unbanned. Knowing that the two were in a call before, and fresh’s hesitation to punish him shows bias. Along with this, he also has also falsely banned my friend because he joins me in an opposing gang.

First off, I banned your friend out of Evolutions Request. I was in a call with Andy, and his game did crash, If I know someone's game crashed and they're going to log back on, wouldn't it be fair to give them a chance to get back on rather than just straight out banning them. I also jailed Andy for 6 Minutes when he logged back on, so he still got the punishment that he normally would have gotten if his game had not crashed. If your game crashed and you told me that you were logging right back on, I would give you a few minutes before considering it ltap to be fair with you. It's not being Bias, It's being fair.
