these two people PCC Chocolate STEAM_0:1:92751447 and Balisong the penguin STEAM_0:1:101822196 thought it would be a good idea to let a dog(balisong) into a pd and let them murder all of the prisoners. i saw this and confronted them about it but because i didn't have any of it recorded it was out of the question. but after i confronted them about it they decided to  but 1 way walls in front of the dog inside the pd and the dog could continue killing people. one of the laws forbid us from hurting the dog so we could not retaliate if they shot us. this violates Pk Rule 4.c) which is the no favoritsim  rule in which the dictator can not let sombody bypass law 1 and 2. the dog was murdering people which stated in law 1 which clearly states that you cannot harm other because it is illegal unless self defence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoqBikxTsvc&feature=youtu.be them with their loophole after i confronted them about it also loopholing a rule is againts the rules
